TCRM Volunteers Engagement Program is a great way for individuals to support the mission of our organization, which is focused on improving the quality of governance in Cross River State.
We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about making a difference and eager to promote good governance in the state.
We seek to mobilize and engage a critical mass of talents to drive the elements of good governance in Cross River State.

The Volunteer Journey
Call for application will be made periodically. We welcome talents from different sectors and origin. All applications will be done by filling an online form, which may require your personal and contact information, as well as your skills, interests, and availability.
Applicants who qualify will be selected and scheduled for an informal interview, which will take place virtually. Only applicants who pass this stage will be enrolled for an induction/onboarding session.
Volunteers will be provided with the needed information to help them understand their roles and responsibilities, the organization’s mission and values. This process will take place virtually.
Volunteers will be placed and engaged according to their skills set and interest. This placement will also be inline with our mission and approach to achieving improved quality of governance in Cross River State.
The exit process is designed to facilitate the transition of volunteers from their volunteering roles. It provides volunteers with the opportunity to reflect on their experience, receive recognition for their contributions, and transition out of the organization in a meaningful way.
